Ms. So graduated from Master of Speech Pathology Studies from the University of Queensland Australia in 2010. Throughout her career, Ms. So has worked in various settings, including the Department of Education in Australia, Singapore General Hospital, early education training centre and special schools in Hong Kong. These experiences have allowed her to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and all walks of life.She firmly believes that her patients have played a significant role in shaping her understanding of speech therapy. Ms. So values each interaction with her patients, as it provides her with unique insights into their experiences, challenges, and aspirations. She has learned the importance of patience, empathy, and perseverance in helping her clients overcome communication difficulties and swallowing problems. Witnessing the progress her patients make brings her immense joy and fulfillment, knowing that effective communication and improved swallowing abilities have a transformative impact on their lives.
