Agnes is a senior therapist and social worker who has provided counseling services in kindergarten, primary, secondary, and tertiary education settings for children and adolescents. She frequently provides training and professional development for special needs students, teachers, social workers, and frontline workers. She also has many years of experience in case supervision and service management. Agnes has worked as a practicum social work supervisor in university, guest speaker, and workshop presenter. Agnes is a certified trainer of Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and therapist in Hong Kong, and has assisted over 400 parent-child pairs in completing parent-child counseling. She is also one of the researchers for local PCIT and research has shown good results in Hong Kong. In couples counseling, Agnes mainly uses the Gottman Method Couple Therapy. She also provides sexual therapy for couples, partners, single individuals, or cancer survivors, and provides sexual guidance as needed. Agnes was trained by University of Florida Professors Sheila Eyberg and Cheryl McNeil, and is a PCIT International certified trainer who can provide certification therapist training for Hong Kong counselors. She has also published papers in international journals.
